Danie has been practising as attorney in the northern suburbs since 1983. Danie specialises in property transactions and related commercial aspects with specific interest in sectional title and affordable housing projects.

Marietjie completed her articles at Malan Laäs & Scholtz Inc. where she worked in the Property Law department. Marietjie specialises in conveyancing matters and the administration of deceased estates.

Eddie specialises in property transfers, commercial law, litigation and corporate collections. In addition to having the right of appearance in the High Court, he offers a broad spectrum of legal services ranging from Family Law to the drafting of contracts.

Jéan specialises in commercial, property transactions and corporate recoveries. Jéan also has a High and Magistrates’ Court litigation practice in which he is assisted by the candidate attorneys.

Ilismi specialises in conveyancing and all matters related thereto. She further assists with drafting of wills and administration of deceased estates.

Gioanni handles Magistrates’ Court litigation, evictions and municipal litigation and collections. He heads up the Insolvency Department and deals with both insolvency litigation and administration.

Riaan De Lange of De Lange Attorneys specialises in Labour Law and Labour Relations, and Appropriate Dispute Resolution. He appears at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils & Labour Court, and often presides in disciplinary hearings. Riaan lectures at the University of Cape Town, School of Legal Practice as part of training for candidate attorneys in (i) Labour Dispute Resolution and (ii) Appropriate Dispute Resolution. He is registered with the Law Society of South Africa as Education, Training and Development (ETD) Practitioner as part of the Legal Education & Development Program accredited by SASSETA. De Lange Attorneys works in association with Laäs & Scholtz.

Chanté focusses on family law and labour law and all matters related thereto. She further assists with Magistrates’ Court litigation, evictions, debt collections, drafting of antenuptial contracts and wills.
